If you send someone to pick up your products for you without a caregiver form in the system, we cannot look into your account to verify anything. For example, if you send your husband unassigned as your caregiver and he forgets the name of one of your products, , we cannot look into your account to look at your purchase history without you being present due to HIPPA regulations. It is a part of the agreement you signed as a new patient stating that we will not share your information with anyone. Also, if this unassigned person is under the age of 55, they will not receive your 10% senior discount.
