We accept valid government-issued identification cards or passports. If you are a medicinal patient with a doctor’s recommendation, we only accept a California driver’s license or ID card. We will accept a paper interim driver’s license or identification card along with your physical expired ID. No expired or hole-punched IDs will be accepted. If you are a medicinal customer, the Department of Cannabis Control requires that your recommendation is from a Doctor that is licensed in the State of California Medical Board or Osteopathic Medical Board.
To see if your medical recommendation is allowed at Mercy Wellness, complete the following steps:
- Verify that Dr has a valid/active status by searching the Department of Consumer Affairs website for either the Medical Board of California or Osteopathic Medical Board of California for the physician that is listed on the customer’s medical recommendation.
